ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS
REGISTERED WITH TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATION
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Architectural Barriers requires that for projects with costs of $50,000 or more a full set of construction documents must be submitted for review and inspection in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 469. For determinations on whether a facility is subject to the Architectural Barriers Act, reference Administrative Rule 68.20.
